Fricky's Touch has a zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our platform safe and to complying with applicable child‑safety laws and the Google Play and Apple App Store child‑safety requirements.
1. Zero tolerance
We strictly prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children, including CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to make contact with a minor for sexual purposes. Such content and conduct are never allowed anywhere in the App.
2. Prohibited content & conduct
- Uploading, sharing, or soliciting CSAM or any sexualised depiction of a minor.
- Grooming, enticement, or sexual harassment of a minor.
- Promoting, facilitating, or threatening any of the above.
3. Reporting CSAE
Anyone can report suspected CSAE content or behaviour. Email us immediately at frickystouch@gmail.com with any details (and a screenshot or link if safe to do so). Reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially.
4. How we respond
- We remove violating content as quickly as possible.
- We suspend or permanently ban the responsible account(s).
- We preserve relevant information and report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement, as required by law.
5. Compliance & standards
We align our practices with applicable laws and the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store guidelines. We review our safeguards regularly.
