These Terms govern your use of the Fricky's Touch mobile application. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign‑in secure. Accounts are created via Google or Apple sign‑in.
2. The service
Fricky's Touch lets clients discover barbers, book appointments, rate barbers, pre‑order salon products, and set haircut reminders; and lets shop owners manage their services, team and bookings. Availability and pricing are set by the shop and may change.
3. Bookings, reminders & pre‑orders
- A booking is a request confirmed by the shop. Please arrive on time; repeated no‑shows may be restricted by the shop.
- Optional auto‑booking reminders create pending appointments on your behalf when due; you remain responsible for attending or cancelling them.
- Product pre‑orders are requests to reserve items; fulfilment, payment and collection are arranged with the shop.
4. Payments
The App does not currently process in‑app payments; any payment for services or products is made directly with the shop. Prices shown are set by the shop.
5. User content
Content uploaded to the App (e.g. photos) must be lawful and yours to share. You grant us a licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our Child Safety Standards.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, including uploading illegal, harmful, infringing or abusive content, attempting to breach security, or impersonating others.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of independent shops/barbers.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, unless otherwise required by your local law.
