This Privacy Policy explains how Fricky's Touch ("we", "us", the "App") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. By using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — when you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address and (if available) profile photo.
- Booking & activity data — appointments you create, ratings you submit, product pre‑orders, and haircut reminders.
- Uploaded content — photos that shop owners upload for services, barber galleries and products.
- Device & technical data — a push‑notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging), app diagnostics and crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics), and usage analytics (Firebase Analytics), including device model and OS version.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account and provide the booking, ratings, marketplace and reminder features.
- To send you appointment reminders and relevant notifications.
- To operate, secure, debug and improve the App.
- To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse.
3. How information is shared
We do not sell your personal data. Information is processed by our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase / Google Cloud (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics), under their terms. Shop owners can see booking and pre‑order details necessary to fulfil your requests. We may disclose information where required by law.
4. Data retention & deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the App (Profile → Delete my account), which removes your profile. To request full deletion of associated records, contact us at the address below.
5. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on Google's infrastructure with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. See our Child Safety Standards.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
